If you are not the course chair you should consult with your course chair before setting up the gradesheets. If more than one section will be using them, they can be set up once for all sections by the course chair.

Use this form to set up the on-line gradesheets for a mathematics class.

For use by math department faculty and graduate students only. To use this form you must have a mathnet userId. The password for the gradesheets will be sent to your mathnet email address.

For multisection courses, you may set up one uniform gradesheet for the whole course, or separate gradesheets for sections or groups of sections. Typically all sections large lectures such as Math 140 or Math 141 use one gradesheet. In a course such as Math 246 probably each professor wants to set up their own gradesheet.

If you are setting up a gradesheet for a multisection course, be sure to enter all the sections. Information about adding other professors, TA's, and gradeers, is found in the help pages for the gradesheets.

Contact gradesheet@math if your name or class does not appear here

As of Spring 2013 online gradesheets are only available for large-lecture courses. Other courses should be using Canvas.
