Course Evaluations. Please submit an on-line course evaluation for your current mathematics course. Please provide feedback on the course, the professor, and the TA between now and the end of the semester. Evaluations are anonymous and will not be available to faculty and TAs until next semester, so they cannot possibly affect your grade.

MATH MAJORS: Check out the undergraduate research opportunities, which include the possible of obtaining a VIGRE grant for financial support.
Daniel Sweet Undergraduate Research Fellowship: The Norbert Wiener Center will be offering a fellowship in memory of Dan Sweet starting Fall 2007. Information on this award will be available from the Norbert Wiener Center.
MATH CLUB: the MATH CLUB is sponsoring activities of mathematical interest to majors and nonmajors alike. All are welcome, check it out.
MINORS: The Mathematics Department now offers Minors in Mathematics, Statistics, and Actuarial Mathematics.

Maryland Professor Jim Fey gave a talk to the Mathematical Association of America on how to improve mathematics education.
