Homework Problem 23, Due Friday April 23.

Do exactly the same problem as HW19 in SAS. 
Here the objective is to show the coding as well 
as some checking showing that you have gotten 
the SAS programs to work as expected.

You do not need to hand in as many statistical 
details as before, but for example, you may 
verify the simulated statistic outputs as 
chi-square-distributed with
appropriate degrees of freedom by giving selected 
PROC UNIVARIATE results on your (sufficiently 
large!) simulated dataset(s) and comparing them 
with the predicted or theoretical results.
