Present Hobbies

Adventures with the OLPC.
I have started playing go (igo/baduk/weichi) again after a multi-year hiatus. If you don't know what this is, look at:

I read quite a bit. Just for fun, here are:
When in England I enjoy going to horse races and gambling small sums of money into oblivion.
Three or four days a week I swim/run/ellipticize/lift on campus at the Campus Recreation Center. As a side-note, the CRS has one of the most poorly-designed web pages ever.
I program and have been programming for 25 years. Mostly it's for fun but I have at times programmed for supplemental income and even spent a year doing it as a job (ick!)
I like to cook.
I love to travel.
I ride my motorcycle as frequently as possible.
Occasionally I play scrabble, both online and in the real world.
