The unexplained numbers refer to sections of our text, by Lay. There may be supplementary materials added. - *MATH 240 has a uniquely large set of students who take the alternate final.

This is because students taking MATH 241 or 246 in addition to 240 will take the MATH 240 Alternate Final.

There will be a signup sheet for the alternate final early in the semester.

You can also take the alternate if you have two other finals scheduled Sat. May 11.

If you have a religious issue with taking the alternate on Sunday, you must bring

this up with me early in the semester.
