I am in my fifth year of graduate school in mathematics at the University of Maryland, College Park. I
study Grobner Bases under the direction of William W. Adams. Thus I
spend my days on my dissertation research. I also run the
Women In Mathematics (WIM)
seminar. Check out our seminar
schedule. When I am not involved in the world of mathematics, I
enjoy spending time with family and friends, swimming, serving food at
a nearby soup kitchen, and playing an occasional game of ultimate frisbee,
tennis, or raquetball.
