Math 246 Quizzes, Fall 2009

There will be eleven short in-class quizzes based on the homework.

Quizzes on material covered on the first in-class exam (24 September)

Quizzes on material covered on the second in-class exam (29 October)
- Tuesday, 6 October: solutions.
- Tuesday, 13 October: solutions.
- Tuesday, 20 October: solutions.
- Tuesday, 27 October: solutions.
Quizzes on material covered on the third in-class exam (3 December)
- Tuesday, 10 November: solutions.
- Tuesday, 17 November: solutions.
- Tuesday, 24 November: solutions.
- Tuesday, 1 December: solutions.

No calculators, books, or notes may be used during quizzes. All items except pens, pencils, and erasers must be off the desktops.
Quizzes will be given at the beginning of the class period. They will be short. Please be sure to arrive on time!

These eleven in-class quizzes will be worth 10 points each. Your ten best quiz scores will go toward your course grade. No make-up quizzes will be given.

If the University closes on the day of a scheduled quiz and no exam is scheduled that week then the quiz will be given the next time the class meets. If the University closes on the day of a scheduled quiz and an exam is scheduled that week then the quiz will be cancelled.
