Testbank archives of past exams
Search the testbank for STAT430. Some, but not all of the Exams in the testbank are identified by Instructor.
Also, some of the Exams in the testbank are mislabeled – e.g. Exam 1 may be labeled “Exam 2” or “Final Exam”.
All tests are in Acrobat (.pdf) format, and many print well. For ones that don’t, you can choose the “Select Image” tool, highlight each page as a block, copy it, paste it as a picture into a blank word-processing page, and print from there.

Topic Lectures:
A pdf version of each of the Topic Lectures will be available in the Files section of the Stat 430 ELMS/Canvas page.
Lecture videos for each topic will be available in the Files section of the Stat 430 ELMS/Canvas page two or three days before each Topic Lecture date.
Read the document titled “Stat430 SAS Class Enrollment Instructions”, found in the Files section of the Stat 430 ELMS/Canvas page. Follow the instructions.
Online Class Assignments:
Instructions for each of the online class assignments will be available in the Files section of the Stat 430 ELMS/Canvas page the morning of the online class.
Online class assignments are to be submitted via the Stat 430 ELMS/Canvas page, and will most often be due at 8 pm on the date of the online class. There are a few exceptions which are noted on the course schedule.
Read the document titled “Stat430 Instructions for Turning In Assignments”, found in the Files section of the Stat 430 ELMS/Canvas page.
Online class assignments submitted after the due date and time will automatically lose 2 points.
Hand-in Homework Assignments:
Hand-in homework assignments are to be submitted via the Stat 430 ELMS/Canvas page, and will most often be due at 5 pm on the dates indicated on the course schedule.
Read the document titled “Stat430 Instructions for Turning In Assignments”, found in the Files section of the Stat 430 ELMS/Canvas page.
I will not accept any homework assignments after the due date and time. Plan ahead.
Projects:
Instructions for each of the Projects will be available in the Files section of the Stat 430 ELMS/Canvas at least two weeks before they are due.
Projects are to be submitted via the Stat 430 ELMS/Canvas page, and will be due at 8 pm on the dates indicated on the course schedule.
Read the document titled “Stat430 Instructions for Turning In Assignments”, found in the Files section of the Stat 430 ELMS/Canvas page.
I will not accept any Project after the due date and time. Plan ahead.
Exam 1:
The Midterm Exam is a written exam which will be given on the date stated on the course schedule. Exam 1 will be given on campus, in the regular classroom..
Exam 2:
Exam 2 will be given in two parts.
The first part is a written exam which will be given on the date stated on the course schedule. The written portion of Exam 2 will be given on campus, in the regular classroom.
The second part will involve using SAS to analyze data and is to be submitted via the Stat 430 ELMS/Canvas page. The project part of Exam 2 is due at the date and time specified on the course schedule.
I will not accept the project portion of Exam 2 after the due date and time. Plan ahead.
