TITLE : Completely positive and doubly non-negative completion on partial matrices

ABSTRACT : The problem discussed in this talk is the question of when a
partial
matrix whose specified entries satisfy the Doubly Non-Negative (resp.
Completly Positive) criterion can be completed to a Doubly Non-Negative
(resp. Completely Positive) matrix. It is known that if the graph of the
partial matrix is block-clique and meets certain cycle conditions, then
it can be completed. We show that this sufficient condition is in fact
necessary.
