self-made and can only contain definitions, theorems and formulas. |

Self-made formula sheet means that it must be handwritten or self-typed with font size not smaller than 12,
and no photocopy or snap-shot of any part of any book or any hand-written/internet materials is
allowed. |

No specific examples or H.W./Test problems or any proofs/derivations are allowed on
the formula sheets! |
