  • I am a lecturer in the Mathematics Department at the University of Maryland, College Park.

I got my doctorate at the University of Maryland, under the supervision of Prof. Jeffrey Adams. My doctoral research work involved calculating special unipotent Arthur packets for real reductive groups. A novel feature was the implementation of multiple algorithms to do these calculations using the Atlas of Lie Groups software.

At the moment, my research is focused on problems in data science and machine translation. Joint work with Prof. Jia Xu is focused on testing robustness of machine translation models.

I have a keen interest in pedagogy of mathematics. I am often inspired by the question "How can I explain this better?", it drives my teaching philosophy.
