Active scalars with singular integral constitutive laws

Abstract: I will present results of well-posedness for active scalar equations. One result concerns global well posedness for equations slightly more singular than 2D Euler. Another kind of result concerns local well posedness for equations that have much more singular constitutive laws than the SQG equation. |
