Two Dimensional Scalar Example

 

In this example we use CentPack's two-dimensional, third order semi-discrete formulation, centpack_2d_SD3, to evolve the solution of the nonlinear scalar conservation law

The solution is evolved over the computational domain , from to , using a 144 x 144 mesh and cfl number 0.9. The initial conditions are

and the solution is periodic over the solution domain,
